General Manager - Quality Assurance - Formulations
Job Description
Responsible for overall quality of products & compliance of GMP at respective site,
Quality assurance,
To assist Corporate QA for evaluation and qualification of vendors for raw materials and packing materials
Responsible to formulate systems for the implement of cGMP and to ensure the cGMP compliance, quality systems and documentation operating sites
QA for evaluation & qualification of vendors for raw material and packing materials,
Investigation and approval/ rejection of the batch, performance of product quality
Coordination with Corporate QA, RA & R&D
Authorization/ Approval of the change control, Incidents & deviations and to provide the authorization of the extension of the Incidents/CAPA/OOS/Deviation
Monitor the consistency on performance of product quality and process parameters on a regular basis and initiate improvement plans using the external expertise, R&D and reference information literatures available
Handling investigation and support to investigation & compliance for response to market complaints.
B Pharma / M Pharma with 12 - 20 yrs of exp in quality assurance with MNC pharma companies with good knowledge on GMP, OOS OOT audits, investigations, compliance, quality management from MNC Pharma companies.
Position is based at Indore
Comp range - 25 lakhs - 40 lakhs
