General Manager - Safety - Aroma Chemicals (17-27 yrs)
Chemical Co is looking for
General Manager - Safety (EHS)
CTC - upto 35 LPA
Location: Maharashtra
Exp: 17 to 25 years in Aroma/Speciality Chemicals, leading for 5 years
Qualification - BSc/BE / ME in Chem, #ADIS (Adv Dipl in Industrial Safety)
Purpose - Taking lead role in matters related designing, implementing policies, processes, implementing, monitoring actions wrt Environmental, Health, and Safety aspects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and establishing safety goals, KPIs, creating action plans
- Create, review, and update #EHS policies, procedures to ensure compliance with local, national, and international regulations
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive risk management programs (HAZOP), #Hazard Identification,(HIRA), identify and mitigate potential risks in all processes and operations.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations under Factories Act, Maha Factory Rules, Major Accident Hazard (MAH) regulations, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 standards,#OHSAS, and hashtag#PESO regulations.
- Remain a primary point of contact with regulatory bodies, factory inspector, #MPCB, including obtaining & maintaining necessary permits
- Develop and maintain a robust incident recording & reporting system that enables accurate and timely documentation.
- Storage treatment and disposal of Hazardous chemicals
- Design and implement comprehensive training programs for employees, contractors, and visitors.
- Conduct n record - Emergency Response Training & #Mock Drills, develop ERT Teams:
- Oversee the operation of the Occupational Health Center
