Responsibilities

- Oversee daily operations of the service department.

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.

- Develop and implement service strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.

- Monitor service metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement.

- Manage and motivate a team of service advisors and technicians.

- Handle escalated customer complaints and resolve them effectively.

- Ensure compliance with safety and industry regulations.

- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve service delivery.

- Report to senior management on service department performance and initiatives.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.

- Proven experience in a management role within the automotive service industry.

- Strong understanding of automotive service operations and customer service principles.
