Description : This role is responsible for managing the P&L and driving sales for the store through efficient store operations, customer service delivery, motivation, and retention of store personnel and adherence to company norms.
Key Responsibilities Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
1. Financial:
a. To achieve the revenue and profit targets for the store.
b. To monitor and control expenses through efficient store operations. d. Implement plans to maximize sales while controlling expenses within the budget.
2. Customer:
a. To ensure setting up the conducive environment at the store to facilitate purchase decisions and provide customer service.
b. To facilitate timely and efficient customer service to create customer delight.
c. To create customer delight.
3. Operational:
a. To plan to achieve the store level targets.
b. To oversee all point of sales activities in the store which includes - sales transactions, tracking customer orders and payments, registering sale and maintaining inventory updates, providing service, handling returns and refunds, gathering consumer data for feedback
c. To implement marketing plans for the store and drive sales promotion initiatives, events for the store
d. To ensure the company policy and procedures are communicated in a timely manner and adhered to accordingly
e. To monitor sales figures vis--vis forecast and interpret trends to facilitate planning
f. To communicate actual store sales to performance budget to all relevant store employees and ensure achievement of targets
g. To maintain a competition radar and communicate timely feedback w.r.t product, price, and promotions.
h. Constantly innovating methodologies to improve customer footfalls, conversions and ATV (Average Transaction Value).
i. Ensure compliance with all policy and procedures and support store loss prevention efforts through meetings and audits.
4. People Management:
a. To cultivate, promote and maintain company's culture through teamwork, collaboration, development of people and achievement of targets.
b. To ensure staff presentation is in line with company preferred standards.
c. To manage and motivate the store team to increase sales and ensure efficiency.
d. To lead the sales team to provide excellent service through greater product knowledge.
e. To upgrade the talent of the store team can create future leaders.
f. To ensure customer service training is provided to all store employees.
g. To ensure timely review and feedback takes place for all store employees
