1. Administrative and functional lead for the entire vertical of vehicle testing group.

2. Evaluation & testing of components, aggregates & complete vehicle Performance & durability and result.

3. Plan & create Test Facilities.

4. Implement the functional strategy and plan by creating action plans and guiding the team to achieve the same.

5. Review and analysis of test data offsetting team and identifying the issues related to performance or durability.

6. Oversee functioning of related testing facilities and certifications.

7. Liaison with GOVT. Testing agencies. Ministry in regard to Institutional & statutory testing.

8. Ensure timely deliverables for domestic & Export project for Product testing & certification as per Project plan.

9. Ensure that Engineering Tests on the product are carried as per Engg. Test Request and Test Plans.

10. Design verification & validation plan (DVP) preparation and test for new development of product, aggregates & parts.

11. Overall responsibility for the Product Performance as well as meeting statutory requirements laid down by Government of India for the Engine from time to time.

12. Resolve quality Assurance, Manufacturing and Material departments concern.

13. Engine Endurance and Validation

14. Homologation and certification of Vehicle for domestic market as well as for export, from different certification agencies

15. Work collaboratively and engage with key stakeholders to facilitate delivery and compliance with the testing & durability strategy.

16. Communicate with stakeholders the impact of market change and potential effects on vehicle testing. Recommend solutions without compromising quality or service while optimising cost.

17. To Coordinate with Development team and ensuring the proto type parts meets the design and test specifications.
