General Manager/Vice President - Projects - Interior Finishing Work - Food Retail/QSR (15-20 yrs)
1. JOB DETAILS:
Position Title: GM / VP - Projects
Reports to: Chief Transformation Officer
Department: Projects
Division: Corporate
2. JOB PURPOSE:
To strengthen the Projects function of the org to meet the TAT for projects by strategizing the project planning and optimising the resources.
3. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Description :
- A person should be responsible for strategic planning and execution of multiple projects, meeting the deliverables in terms of revenues, margins, timeliness, quality, safety. Responsible for identifying variations.
- Responsible for finalization of equipment specifications and determination of packages also responsible for the evaluation of quotation and finalization of contracts (technical aspects).
- Carry out Retail projects and commercial building works. Coordinate with heads of processes, Design consultants and implementation & circulate of the final design onto regional project team.
- Prepare of Budget/Cost estimates of the civil & other activities & also make CAPEX of the store. Also, make BOQ & fix the specification & rate as per requirement.'
- Frequent site visits for coordination of work and resolving on-site problems. Executing Meeting with subordinates to complete the project in time.
- Responsible for overall progress and smooth running of Project, under guidelines from Consultants & Top management. Supervision, inspection, and monitoring of project timely for Time, Cost and Quality at all levels. He should have in-depth knowledge of specifications and methodology.

5. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS :
- Qualification - Degree/Diploma in civil engg
- Experience - 15 to 20 years of experience in the field of interior finishing work.
- Candidate should be committed and willing to work hard
- Knowledge of MS Office.
Soft Skills :
- Should be well versed with project planning.
- Knowledge of Auto CAD and MS Office.
Candidate's Attribute:
- Candidate should be committed and willing to work hard
- Should be a team leader, good technical knowledge, self-driven & presentable. Coordination with external agencies as well as internal as required.
- Should have good project management/presentation skills.
- To ensure an effective communication channel and see to it that information either direct or indirect is passed to the concerned person(s) for implementation or action
- Should have worked in reputed companies executing retail projects developments which comprise of high quality finishes. Knowledge of interior finishes would be added advantage
