Gera Developers - Junior Engineer - Constructions (4-6 yrs)
JOB PURPOSE : Responsible for Proper execution of Specific Civil and other construction activities at site in line with GFC drawings, specifications and quality standards and follow up contractor's staff for allocation of manpower and other resources for completion of daily and Short-Term planned activities

Roles & Responsibilities :
- Responsible for the effective execution of construction activities as per the GFCs issued to the site. Meet the defined schedules of time and cost and ensure the construction is as per the defined quality parameters.
- Ensure proper and timely closure of the open points during project handover to CRM team on time. Ensure timely adherence to the possession schedule.
- Ensure that the collection milestones are met at all times for the projects assigned. Back track the construction schedules accordingly.
- Responsible for reducing the material wastage at the site, ensuring proper handling of material by contractor. Ensure timely debits to contractor for mishandling.
- Ensure proper housekeeping at site as per defined standards at all stages and in all areas during construction.
- Ensure that the safety parameters are adhered to at all stages of construction and the contractors too are complied with the same.
- Ensure support to billing engineer in work assessment certification of contractors for timely billing. Ensure debits to contractors for rework due to drawing misreads and bad quality work.
- Ensure the technical specifications of the project are understood well for execution as per GFCs. Should ensure that is no rework done due to incorrect drawing misreads thereby resulting in extra cost.
- Should be able to grab the new learning opportunities created by the HOD and take on additional tasks
TECHNICAL & FUNCTIONAL SKILLS:
