Role : Conformance Management Service Engineer
CCM Service Engineer is
- Responsible for providing resolutions to customer issues and engineering service requests.
- Collaborate with interface teams to identify root cause and resolutions, practice decision making with limited data, leverage engineering judgement and interact with customers & vendors.
- Conduct root cause investigations for issues and provide corrective and preventive actions.
- Knowledge on Gas turbine & its auxiliaries, P&ID, Isometric Drawings, General arrangement drawings, Bill of Material (BOM), Teamcenter and other Root Cause analysis techniques.
- Prior experience in a customer support/facing role.
- Resolve technical issues in Gas Turbine Auxiliaries for customers timely and efficiently.
- Assist and coordinate with interfacing organizations such as manufacturing, sourcing, services operations, quality, and design engineering to fulfil customer needs.
- Prior experience in a customer support/facing role.
Soft Skills:
- Demonstrated capability of working in a matrixed global organization
- Experience in interfacing with customers
- Clear written and oral communications.
- Willingness to Learn quickly and adopt the given responsibilities.
Basic Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from an accredited university or college
- Must have gas turbine & auxiliaries system experience and knowledge.
