Job title : Global Director SHE & Security

Service Group/Unit : Corporate

Reports to : Vice-president Operations and Technology

Ensure competent and effective SHE management in COMPANY, resulting in sustainable compliance with local SHE regulations and COMPANY requirements, safe operations and (in the end) an injury-free workplace in all sites. Make SHE a value in COMPANY.

1. Ensure adequate COMPANY SHE policy and requirements and regular review of SHE management system

2. Prepare SHE strategy and multi-year/annual SHE plans and monitor execution of global programs

3. Promote and refresh COMPANY's - Injury Free- ambition and develop/propose tools and initiatives for improving awareness and performance

4. Provide adequate management information, based on consolidated reporting (monthly, quarterly, yearly)

5. Coordinate relevant SHE training and provide coaching to (new) local SHE managers; facilitate competence building, especially in process safety

6. Support sites, on their request, during preparation and execution of (COA) audits and in follow-up actions

7. Challenge sites on adequate implementation and execution of essential rules (LSR) and practices in site visits/audits

8. Facilitate sharing of best practices and stimulate/facilitate learning from incidents, based on adequate incident reporting and investigation

9. Provide guidance in relevant SHE issues and specific support to sites upon request

10. Contribute to local and global expansion projects, including Contract Manufacturing contracts

11. Coordinate with COMPANY and represent COMPANY in the COMPANY SHE Council and COMPANY Security Council

12. Act as a focal point for Security

Qualification: B. Tech -Chemical

Compensation: more that 50 LPA
