Head Global R&D & Technical Services (Lubricants & Additives)
The incumbent will need to drive the technical services for the Automotive & Industrial Products range globally.
Technical expertise in National & International specifications of lubricants and fuels is essential.
Major Areas of Responsibility of this position :
a) Draw technology road map based on the external & internal inputs for existing & future products Globally.
b) Draw the roadmap for Product portfolio development (including the segment wise portfolio - Industrial, MWF, Hydraulic etc.) & product rationalization.
c) Drive the Technical Services for the Automotive & Industrial Product range Globally.
d) Design & Drive the CVP (Customer Value Proposition) & Product Management for Automotive & Industrial Product portfolio.
e) Guide the technology related to - Go to Market- initiatives
f) Conduct plant audits & ensure the product conformance/ compliance
h) Guide the Technical Services & QC teams globally
- Experience of at least 20 years in Lubricant Development, Application & Technical Services is mandatory.
- Ph D /M Sc in Chemistry or PhD/MTech in Mechanical Engineering or Tribology is must.
