Global Product Manager - Export Portfolio - Pesticide/Fertilizer (8-10 yrs)
A leading fertilizer company having business segments of Fertilizers, Specialty Nutrients, Crop Protection and Retail is looking for :
Designation - Global Product Manager - Export portfolio
Qualification- Doctorate or Post Graduate in Agri (Preferably Entomolgy/Pathology) [Post grad in Agri is must]
Experience - 8 - 10 yrs of relevant exp.
Location - Secunderabad (Hyderabad)
Desired Candidate Profile :
1. The candidate should have good knowledge of pest management of crops.
2. Understand product fit in pest management.
3. Should have experience in a product management profile.
4. Candidates with global product management and regulatory understanding will be an added advantage.
Job Responsibilities:
The candidate will be responsible for the following :
1. Develop product manual of existing products
2. Identify potential label expansions of existing molecules.
3. Coordinate with R and D to develop potential combinations with potential for better pest management and cost benefit ratio.
4. Work with sales team to identify key molecules for registration and work with the regulatory team for registration process.
5. Monitor utilization of registrations
6. Work with sales team to improve profitability of key products in the portfolio.
7. Monitor regional profitability.
8. Support sales team with Market and Sales(Internal) MIS.
9. Work with marketing team and registration team to develop new products for portfolio enhancement.
