GM Architecture - Commercial Projects (10-15 yrs)
1. To be responsible for Designing & Project Planning and architectural project management, technical consulting for HVAC & Electrical services, develop architectural calculations, designs drawings and project specifications as per the BOQ, budget, cost and timelines.
2. To carry out technical feasibility study.
3. To review and seal final project plans, architectural drawings and record as required.
4. To plan and schedule the architectural activities of the project from inception until end so that it meets all the specifications.
5. To make drafts, layouts and designing the site plan and making scaled drawings of the project, etc.
Knowledge & Skills required :
1. Preparation of project feasibility reports
2. Knowledge of IT Parks, Malls, Commercial Standards and applicable Local Building Bye-laws.
3. Able to deliver end products in a visual format.
4. Proficient in AutoCAD and 3D ; Revit architecture 3D Studio Max, Adobe Photoshop, M. S. Office, Designing, Estimating, Quotation, Biddings, Quantity analysis, Presentations 3D's, 2D's
5. Good communication & presentation skills.
6. Good in computer skills, Project planning, design management, architectural and interior design,
7. Knowledge of related policies, rules and norms for land development
