Experience Level He should have minimum 10 to 20 years of experience from Agrochemical industries.

Educational Qualification Candidate should have done Phd in chemistry / organic Chemistry

Minimum Twenty years of rich industrial and research experience in the field of research and development & commercialize of new generation agrochemicals formulation (Solid and Liquid) like Emulsion Concentrate (EC), Emulsion in Water (EW), Soluble Liquid (SL), Micro Emulsion (ME), Suspension Concentration (SC), Suspo-Emulsion (SE), Micro Capsules,(CS) Emulsion in Capsule (EZ), Wetteble Granules (WG)SPD,FBD,Extusion, speronizer, Wetteble Powder (WP), Soluble Powder (SP), Seed Treatment Formulation etc. Developed the surfactant, Adjutants for agrochemicals formulation.

Patent Study, Literature, research articles.& innovative formulation & innovative combination formulations .

Solve the troubleshooting at production level.

Seed coating formulation & seed coatings.

Work Profile:

- Responsible for all new developmental formulation projects .

- Reverse engineering of competitors products.

- Setting a correct Manufacturing Process for new formulations with selection of proper equipment and optimization of different parameters, pilot scale trails& plant scale trails

- Troubleshooting for streamline production Drive design of formulation product with development of new products and innovation projects.

- Technology transfers to production for commercialization of product.

- Move projects through the development cycle with their proficiency in project management.

- Scaling up new technologies, complete support till commercialization.

- IPR - Non-obvious, non-infringing patentable technologies

- Direct activities to improve processes, reduce formulation costs and scout for best practice existing technologies and support to tolling partners.

- Delegation and timely implementation of projects within a group of scientist.

- Prioritize projects and resources to meet business objectives. Manage cost and budgets.

- Field testing of formulation products for phyto-toxicity, bio-efficacy, dose optimization and rain-fastness evaluation.

- Give the full support to registration team like preparation of registration documents as per the guidelines of country. Technical support to exports department.

- Successfully drive the seed treatment projects (Mixture of four and three active ingredient). And perform the all necessary test for seed coating.

- Active participation in safety programs and a steadfastly adherence to the Company safety programs i.e. Emergency Rescue Team
