Experience:-

Minimum 15-20 years of total experience in - Tyre industry or similar industry in Maintenance/Projects. Out of which at least 6-7 years should be in - Greenfield/Brownfield Project design & Execution.

Responsibilities:

- Effectively Lead a team of senior discipline heads

- Maintain a healthy working environment at the site throughout the project

- Coordinate with all stake holders & determine project deliverables

- Determine project budget based on the Project deliverable

- Prepare Project Schedule

- Prepare detailed - Project execution Plan & Resource plan

- Prepare Plot Plan & Plant/Equipment layout. Finalise the same in consultation with concerned stake holders

- Prepare detailed - Equipment Schedule- including - Equipment specification preparation, Ordering, Erection/commissioning- to suit the - Plant start up & Ramp up

- Coordinate with Engineering consultant for - Plant civil design, Utility design, Piping design, Electrical design etc

- Identify potential project risks & prepare risk mitigation plan

- Proactively identify probable hindrances in the project & keep multiple options

- Finalise contractors

- Obtain Statutory approvals required for the Project

- Ensure compliance of all statutory requirements by all the contractors at the site

- Maintain safe & clean working environment by enforcing company procedures, rules, & regulations

- Prepare project status reports by collecting, analysing & summarising day to day information

- Ensure timely bill certification of all contractors

- React promptly & effectively to any changes in the project assumptions

- Strictly implement change management system

- Ensure complete execution of project within specification, quality, timeline & cost

- Ensure smooth handover of the plant as per agreed procedure with implementation of all deliverables
