We are hiring for GM-Quality with experience only into Healthcare domain in Vishakapatnam location

Job Requirement:

Designation- Group Manager - Quality

Exp- 6 years to 8 years

Location- Vishakapatnam

Reporting- Senior GM

Team handling experience MUST- QAs

Shift - Should be flexible with any shift including night shift

Preferable- Six Sigma YB or GB certified

Job Description :

- Design the Sampling Strategy for the process

- Monitor process quality check audits

- Ensure completion of the Internal and External Calibration sessions

- Preparation of Quality Standard Documentation for the process and update it on a regular basis with regards to any changes

- Complete the regular performance review with the team of QA

- Compile MIS for all teams handled

- Ensure that the QA process meets the ISO Compliance

- Drive Continuous improvement initiatives

- Drive best practice/idea sharing

- Achieve QNS target through Quality Initiatives

- Completion of Yellow Belt Role Roadmap

- Drive six sigma and LEAN projects in the team

- To mentor the White Belt projects
