- At least minimum of 5 years in the position of overall in-charge of operations
- must have Sound knowledge in DCS based operations of sub-merged arc furnaces,
- Responsible for preparation and implementation of annual operating plans
- work exposure to ISO-9000/14000 practices, Total Quality Management
