GMR - AGM - Estimation & Procurement (15-20 yrs)
Job Description :
- Handle the Estimation of Cost and Procurement activities related to Civil, Electrical, Mechanical Packages for Airport Construction, to ensure that Contract/Purchase Orders for Major Packages and other goods/services/works for are awarded to the most competitive and experienced contractors thereby meeting/exceeding the critical project performance parameters such as cost, time and quality.
- Management of all activities of Tendering Process including: Drafting of Commercial Tender Documents and Qualification Criteria; Bids invitation and receipt; Bids Evaluation and Contract Award and Formulations of Contract Agreement for various contract packages (e.g. such as Civil Works, Equipment, MEP, FMS, IT and Site Infrastructure Works, Consultancy Contracts etc.) within the estimated cost and to meet the project timelines
- Management of all activities of Procurement Process including identification of suppliers, vendors and service providers; preparation of RFP Documents, sending enquiry and receiving offers, techno-commercial discussion and price negotiations, issuance PO/Contract and post award follow up to ensure deliver of goods and services as per projects timelines/milestones
- Interaction with Lender Independent Engineer, Lender Insurance Advisors, Owner Engineer, Project Consultants and others during pre-award and post award stage
Educational Qualifications :
- B. E. Civil/Mechanical/Electrical
- MBA/PGDM - preferred
- Around 15 Years of experience in Procurement and contracts.
