1. JOB PURPOSE :

3. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES :

Accountabilities Key Performance Indicators :

1. Ensure necessary material availability in stores and proper issuance to agencies aligned to the installation targets.

2. Maintenance of proper record of inward and outward of materials in the store.

3. Periodic update on inventory, dismantled materials and utilized materials.

4. Preparation of MIS on materials inward, outward, and returning of dismantled materials to Discom.

5. Preparation and projection of material requirement and submitting material requestions accordingly.

6. Periodic reconciliation of the inventory.

1. Proper accounting of materials issued to zonal store 2. Adherence to SOPs 3. Documentation of inventory movements 4. Store Hygiene
