Education Qualification : B.E in Mechanical
Role Summary :
- Planning and Execution of Preventive maintenance of machinery at factory.
- Break down maintenance of machinery at factory.
- Maintenance related record Keeping pertaining Maintenance Audit.
- Maintenance Inventory stock keeping
- Implementation of TPM, Kaizen, 5S
- Maintenance of Utility of the plant like Boiler, DG, EB Transformer, compressor, AC, UPS, Effluent Treatment Plant and office equipment etc
- Calibration of Measuring equipment's like weighing scales, etc
- Refilling of Fire extinguishers
- Vendor development of maintenance spares and consumable.
- Factory civil, and plumbing works
- Control of R & M expenses against the Budget.
- Complying maintenance related statutory requirements like Health, Electrical and Fire safety etc.
- Design and instrumentation of new machines/Part of the machine.
- Control on EB power consumption by continuous monitoring of power consumption.
- Supervising and provide required training to the technical team
Language Skills : Knowledge of Kannada Preferred
