GrabOnRent - Senior Executive - Supply Chain Management (0-3 yrs)
GrabOnRent is a platform to rent curated products across 9 different categories - Home Appliances, Furniture, Projectors, Cameras, Party Items etc. We are looking to hire passionate individuals for the handing day to day operations. This role is for those candidates who thrive on driving change, building an organization and working with other teams to build the right technology and service for end customer. Ideal candidates for this program are expected to leverage their strong analytical skills, communication, and think big.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Quickly understand the business issues and challenges of operations; identify strengths/weaknesses and suggest areas for improvement
- Manage day-to-day deliveries and co-ordination with delivery executives.
- Map business requirements, understand business process, evolve the workflows, design solutions and prepare functional specifications.
- Be data driven, develop and report performance metrics, executive updates, forecasting, budgeting and analysis to identify potential opportunities for improving Customer Experience
Additional responsibilities may include:
- Developing standard operating procedures.
- Direct accountability for setting and meeting operational goals, strategic planning and forecasting
- Engage with 3rd party vendor to track processes metrics and work on resolving the process gaps and making process more robust.
- Ensuring everyone is finishing the beers.
Basic Qualifications
- Experience in operations and preferably from Supply Chain Management/Procurement.
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting customers internally and externally
- Good understanding of intricacies in and around running an e-commerce or consumer internet business
- Good knowledge of MS-Excel.
