Experience:- 8 - 12 years
Education:- Graduate in Engg with MBA in Operations would be preferred
Functional Competency requirement:-
- Should possess a strong understanding of MRP, SAP, Inventory Analysis, Production Planning, Warehouse Management, Logistics, Forecasting.
- Should have strong analytical skills.
- To lead the execution of detailed production planning (master scheduling) with key supply partners and collaborate on MRP requirements.
- Consolidation of the Master Demand Schedule from the marketing.
- Based on overall Annual Operations Plan & Operations constraints to prepare a Master Production Schedule.
- To conduct a Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) meeting & freeze the monthly plan for production.
- To drive the daily production & achieve the weekly & monthly On Time Delivery (OTD)
- To monitor and support the progress of production orders of the plant through daily, weekly and monthly utilizing statistical models.
- Responsible for Stores Layout, Material flow, Material storage with Kit Trolley set-up to support production to achieve the set targets.
- Analyze customer demand and forecasts. Determine appropriate inventory parameters (safety stocks, reorder points, order quantities, etc.) for each item at each location in order to achieve company goals for customer fill rate and inventory.
- Responsible for maintaining raw material, intermediate, and finished good stock levels consistent with business requirements utilizing various lean practices while meeting agreed on working capital targets.
- To maintain SAP system production schedules are accurate and up to date.
- Collaboration with plant purchasing function to ensure all required raw materials are available to meet production requirements and meet all quality standards.
- Support established logistics policy & agreements, including mode, carrier, and logistics supplier agreements that benefit the overall business.
- Ensure Compliance of ISO & EMS standards, procedures, documentations, records & process.
