About the Role :
- As our project manager, your job will be to convert empty buildings into beautiful, vibrant co-living spaces. You will be handling the project right from the design and budgeting phase to execution and than handover to sales. You will be the go-to person for everything involving a project's organization and timeline.
Roles and responsibilities :
- Figuring out who's going to do the work and when
- Making sure that the project is being completed effectively on time within scope and within budget
- Keep teams committed, motivated, and productive through the duration of the project
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Have a pool of artists, interior designers and freelancers ready in the network in case there is a urgent requirement for a particular project
- Keep researching on new vendors for furniture, decor and electrical work who can provide better timeline and pricing
Experience :
- 3+ years of experience of working with a interior design/construction firm as a project manager/associate
- Great educational background, preferably in the field of civil engineering or architecture or interior design
- Good existing contacts and relationships among the furniture vendors/civil contractors community
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
