GSE Renewables is a boutique investment banking service company, located in heart of Mumbai, focusing on renewable energy projects and offering clients interesting products in the financial markets to help them improve their tax planning and generate good IRR and surplus funds.

We work with extensively with several EPC's and banks and lawyers and all stake holders to achieve good quality projects for clients.

Our tag line is be the - internal CFO for each projects and deliver end to end service- .

We are searching for a candidate to suit and manage the post of C.O.O. (build the practice and team to execute projects).

The profile of candidate should be 10 year plus experience in energy or project management, MBA in finance or energy management, background in undergraduate in engineering preferable, top Engineering schools.

Good knowledge of valuations, Excel PowerPoint and documentation and drafting.

Sound knowledge of legal and preferable solar business and/or other renewable energy businesses.

Good communication skills, leadership skills and ability to manage a team.

Having had experience in project management, and leading of 10 plus peoples team at least having same channel sales contacts would also be preferable.

Salary Scale will be

1) COO level - fixed variable (10 - 25 lac) depends on experience and interview.

2) Medium level manager - (4 - 7 lac ) depends on experience and interview.
