Hardware Product Manager (5-8 yrs)
About the Role:
- As the Team Lead for Hardware Product Manager ; you shall be spearheading cross-functional design, development and testing related work for our autonomous cooking device.
- You will be required to ensure development happens within the scope of System Requirements; and work closely with Engineering teams to satisfy Manufacturing and Testing requirements as we transition into Production stage of the device.
- As a Hardware Product Manager; you shall be well versed with first principle thinking; as well as the basic building blocks of all engineering domains.
Responsibilities:
- Product Development : Working closely with Engineering Teams to ensure Product development follows System Requirements; and managing cross-functional development
- Certification : Ensuring via internal and external testing that the Product adheres to Regulatory guidelines; and working with relevant authorities to obtain Certification
- Product Optimisation : Leading Product Reliability modelling and path towards optimization
- Manufacturing : Working closely with Contract Manufacturer to streamline Assembly and Testing of the product
Requirements:
- Bachelor's and / or Master's degree in any Hardware Engineering domain
- Minimum 5 years of Professional Experience
- Prior professional work experience building a Hardware Product
- Good verbal and written communication skills, and meticulous attention to detail
- Should have hands-on experience with an Electronics or Mechanical CAD Software
