Head - Admin (PAN India Role)-Corporate
Role and Responsibilities
- Core Admin Activities Plan formulation in consultation with the operations head for administration and facilities to meet operational requirements.
- Facility Management: maintenance & AMC of equipment's like AC, Lift, EPABX, Generator, AMF Panels, Fire extinguisher, CCTV, Fire alarm, Access Control in the corporate office and across other offices.
Travel Management: Managing centralized tie-ups for travel by air, train & bus, cab, guesthouse & hotel accommodations, to ensure travel is within the permissible budgets projected for the financial year.
Other Responsiblities
- Housekeeping & Security services, Office maintenance, courier services, travel arrangements, vendor management, real estate agencies, sourcing of office equipments
- Liasoning with government agencies like telephones, electricity and Water department.
Required Skills / Special Qualifications:
Technical Skill:
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office suite) and must be hands-on at work
Non-Technical Skills:
- Hands-on person with a flair for Strategy implementation as well as Operational Admin
- Good knowledge of Admin and facility processes and implementation techniques
- Partner with business as well as operate within the current process and system that enables the growth of the business.
- Understand the business and act in support of the company strategy and operating goals.
- Must be able to work collaboratively and take hands on approach; he/she will deliver scalable, customer-focused services to the business.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills, strategic thinking, ability to influence others.
