Job Description :
- Battery pack design and pack manufacturing, BMS, linkages to other subsystems of Powertrain.
- Delivering Battery applications as per product and business plan.
- Direct design choices for product applications across factors such as power density, capacity, cycle lifetime, energy density, capital cost, charging time, reliability and safety
- Create repositories of - best practices- in their disciplines in our KMS.
- Evolve and Mature battery applications for various product/services platforms : BaaS, 2W, 3W.
- Staffing and developing teams with capabilities covering different technical disciplines
- Experiences in Design and Safety
- Led a team/building a team
