Head - Civil Engineering - MEP Projects (15-20 yrs)
We have an opening for Head of Civil for a well known construction group based out of Dubai UAE
- Looking for a Candidate with Degree/PG qualification and 15-20 years of work experience. Its a urgent requirement.
- Looking for somebody who is available in UAE for scheduling a direct Interview. For the Civil, we are looking for somebody having the capability to run the civil business and ideal salary is lesser than AED 22,000/. If the candidate is really good and completely matching to Client requirements few extra can also be considered.
- Candidate should have commercial & contractual knowledge & have assertive communication skills. Please note that experience in high rise buildings & oil & gas doesn't hold good as Manappat specialise in doing industrial & commercial projects only.
- The ideal candidate should have experienced in steel structures.
- For the MEP Project Manager, the candidate should have exposure to all the MEP works and should have the capability to manage AED 30-40 million project independently. Here also looking for candidates having industrial & commercial project experience.
