ROLE PURPOSE

Responsible for Commercial function for all the Projects in the region.

Mandatory: Civil contracting experience or background is must.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities

- Lead the team of Commercial and Billing engineers in the region.

- Project site interaction and support to the project sites.

- Understanding the Client Contracts and executing them for the Commercial terms and conditions of all the projects.

- Responsible for monitoring the Project commercials (Revenue and Profitability) for all projects as per the Master plan.

- Experience of project management of Residential Towers.

- Responsible for the Project Billing and certification from the clients.

- Responsible for Subcontracting and administering the Sub contracts

- Responsible for Subcontract negotiation and finalization.

- Responsible for periodic reviews on the Commercials of the Projects and MIS to the management.

Key Skills, Knowledge, Experience and Competencies: (i.e. those (including qualifications) required to fulfil role

- B.Tech/ B.E Civil with 16 + years of work experience.

- Expertise in understanding of the project commercials and contracts.

- Experience in Commercial management function of buildings or Industrial establishments.

- Knowledge of all statutes for Buildings and construction industry .

- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to deliver to set deadlines
