Head - Construction - Infrastructure Projects (15-25 yrs)
Education: Full time Graduate/Post Graduate degree in Civil/construction from a reputed college
Key skill Required : Needs heads of entire infrastructure who have done or are managing projects that are large scale not residential but including industries, SEZs, Parks, Commercial, Hospitals, basically large scale infrast.
Job Description :
- The person in the capacity of Head of Construction will be responsible for the overall Project preparation its planning, Design & Review, Cost & Effort Estimation, Selection/approval of sub-contractors/vendors for optimum utilization, Resource planning, Construction scheduling
- Supervision including quality assurance, monitoring progress, submission/certification of interim & final payment certificates, settlement of disputes and claims.
- Project Monitoring & organize/conduct project progress review meeting, co-ordination/liaison with lenders/ funding agencies, clients and other Government & local agencies.
- The scale of the projects managed should be Mega and incase the individual has got Global (Large scale) project outside of India experience then it will be great.
- Must have experience in Infrastructure projects including Water, Sewage, electricity Plans.
