Head - Construction - IT/Telecom Firm (14-17 yrs)
US Telecom and IT organisation- Mumbai
Qualification : B.Tech from IIT or Premier university/ with PMP certification
Preferred from Projects such as Offices/ Entire township comprising of Office& Residential buildings, Public Utility, Shopping Center, Roads/ IT Parks/ Offices/ BPO
Responsibilities :
1. Project Management
2. Project Coordination
3. Site Planning
4. Review construction drawings
5. Coordination with all internal teams such as Quality, MEP, contract, Business Heads, Liasion etc.
Key Role :
a. Overseeing and directing projects from conception to completion
b. Reviewing the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
c. Overseeing all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.
d. Review the work progress on a daily basis.
