Job Description
- Managing the budget of the project
- Managing the resource allocation of the project
- Scheduling and planning project timelines
- Adequately tracking the project deliverables
- Providing direction & support to the team involved in the project
- Assuring the quality of the project work & the final product of the project.
- Periodic reporting the project progress to the company top management
- Assessment & evaluation of project results
- Implement & manage the project alterations & interventions for achieving project outputs
- Attending the weekly progress & technical meeting with client and consultant
- Supervise & control the construction team to ensure exact construction quality to the contractual standard & timely completion with optimum resources
- Coordinate the logistic issues
- Resolving the problem with consultant in accordance with design & site conditions
