Head - Construction - Real Estate (15-25 yrs)
ABC Consultants has been retained to hire a Head Construction position, for a Real Estate client in Meerut
Position - Head Construction (North)
Location - Head Office Meerut
Qualification - BE/ B Tech Civil (Full time Must)
Reporting to VP & MD
Generic JD :
- Monitoring project activities to ensure completion of project within the time & cost parameters and effective resource utilization to maximize output, budgeting, labor compliances and strategic planning
- Networking with architects, consultants, clients & contractors to ascertain technical specifications and construction related essentials, based on the prevalent rules
- Mapping requirements & providing best solutions involving evaluation, definition of scope of project and finalization of project requirements
- Managing scope of works, risks, cost implication and other project related issues
- Collaborating with external agencies for negotiations, preparation of tender / contract documents, cost estimates which include billing, variation / deviation proposals, claims, so on
- Synchronizing construction activities with QA/QC and safety programs to ensure compliance with approved plans
- Self-driven, motivated
- Ability and willingness to work and get work done on the site i.e construction ground
- Willing to go an extra mile and apply his/her own skills and analysis to get the work done
- Able to mentor, groom and commitment towards development of the existing team working under him
