About the Client :

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

- To lead the Management and administration of large contracts, related to construction

- To understand, identify and define the scope of work and obligations of owner and contractor and advise the management accordingly

- To continuously assess risks and define mitigation strategies

- Guide preparation of Analysis of Rates

- To analyze correspondence received from Client and ensure response to be sent to Client as required on the instructions and advice from management

- To interpret various clauses of the contract in a holistic manner for applicability

- To analyze significant variations and extra items as per contractual provisions

- Review and analyze tender documents from commercial and contractual point of view (Salient conditions, list of clarifications, exceptions and deviations, risk identification and assessment)

- To identify various claims as per contractual provisions. To submit timely notices to client related to claims, extra items etc

- To submit the claims with documentation after getting approval from COO

- To maintain and coordinate contract issues between site and head office.

ABOUT THE CANDIDATE :

Essential Candidate Background :

- Candidate should have hands on exp. in handling contracts & claims issues of project sites

- Candidate should have start-to-end experience in High-end high-rise real estate projects

Desired Education - B.Tech (Civil), M.Tech

Experience Range - 15 to 20 years
