Head - Contracts - Real Estate (10-18 yrs)
Looking for candidates who have Degree in Civil Engineering with Minimum 10 years experience in Contracts in real estate industry specifically in residential projects.
Must have stability in career.
Willing to relocate to Ahmedabad.
Brief JD:
1. Good understanding of residential projects
2. Coordination with architect and consultants for Drawing, specification, BOQ.
3. Analysis of specifications, BOM, rate analysis, technical analysis
4. Preparation of contract specifications, terms, description, limitations and obligations
5. Tendering, comparison, analysis, negotiation and final section of contractors
6. Contract administration, coordination and monitoring
7. Review of contract and settlement of dispute/ claims etc
