Position - Head Deployment

Location: Gurgaon

Hiring for Head Deployment for one of our company dealing into Solar Industry

Key Responsibility -

- Lead the deployment of Solar solution in India and Middle East.

- Build and develop the deployment team.

- Build supply chain for bridges and rails in India and subsequently for other countries.

- Participate in manufacturer and vendor reviews; drive vendor operational improvement through measurement and process improvement; Interact with cross functional teams and drive efficiencies through team collaboration.

- Develop a culture which fosters transparency, ownership and innovation.

- Create and implement processes / practices that are best in the industry

- Evaluate new sites and optimise / customise business solutions Identify potential risk, provide technical expertise and contributes ideas to improve efficiency with regards to cost and work processes.

- Oversee and direct all activity in strict adherence to requirements of the company Quality Program.

- Adhere to and support company Health, Safety & Environmental and Sustainability Policies.

- Work closely with the engineering team to suggest improvements in the product and ensure that product upgrades are properly inculcated in the system.

- Your success will be measured by timely deployment of Solar solutions with zero accidents and no cost overruns.

- To be successful in this role you will have superior planning, project management and organisational skills. Operating in a fast-moving and sometimes ambiguous environment you will work autonomously taking full control and responsibility for hitting business objectives.

Basic Requirements:

- 10+ years of experience of which at least 4 years should be in capacity of leading a team.

- Strong process definition and optimization skills; proven ability to define effective, efficient, and scalable. processes and drive continuous improvement through root cause identification and defect elimination.

- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects - work prioritization, planning and task delegation.

- Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results.

- Demonstrated strong decision making, critical thinking and problem solving skills with ability to remain calm while taking charge in critical situations.

- Ideally, the candidate will bring prior experience with an international company.

Candidates from B. Tech. / B.E. in Industrial, Mechanical or Electrical & Control System Engineering from a tier I university (top 20 global or top 10 in India), MBA preferred (NITIE, IIT D, etc.)
