Head - Design & Engineering - International Solar Venture (8-15 yrs)
One of our client a leading international Solar Venture is looking for a Head Engineering & Technology to work in their Gurgaon office. They are willing to hire a solar power plant design expert with capability to lead the design and engineering for all their solar projects in India and capable to lead technical discussions with investor teams,vendors & other stakeholders.
Required candidate profile :
- Needs to be hands on person to do design work himself as well as lead & manage a team
- Lead the design, engineering, quality management, specification for all plants and be a part of vendor selection, project management, design execution, RFP preparation
- Manage a team of 3-4 people in India and coordinate with teams in Malaysia and Philippines
- 8-15 years of exp. with at least 5 yrs in solar
- B.tech/B.E in electrical engineering is must
- On softer aspects - Must be a team player, collaborative, ready to take up any work, self driven and motivated
- Open to travel
