Head Design - Handbag & Footwear - NIFT (5-10 yrs)
Description :
- Handbag/Footwear (sunglasses, perfumes, scarfs)
- Building working relationships with suppliers and negotiating prices.
- Forecasting future trends and analysing the buying patterns of customers
- Need to understand the various brands under HOAD, the uniqueness of each brand and accordingly select the Handbag/Footwear (sunglasses, perfumes, scarfs) ensuring it's aligned with the brand.
- Should understand the various seasons and the launch and work closely with Designers.
- planning and building a product range within the buying cycle and calendar
- Working closely with other staff, including merchandisers, to ensure that supply meets customer demand
- handling administrative procedures using IT systems
- Forecasting sales levels and making presentations about new ranges to senior colleagues.
- Receiving, collating Feedback from various sources and implementing and strategizing for the next season.
