Head/DGM/AGM - Quality Assurance/Quality Control - Glass Manufacturing (15-20 yrs)
Hiring for Head/DGM/AGM - QA/QC for Glass Manufacturing for Jaipur location.
Experience:
15-20 Years of experience
Key Purpose:
Responsible for outgoing material's quality and customer issues, implementation & monitoring of ISO/Quality systems of plant and attending & resolving customers complaints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for defining, implementing & maintaining of Quality Management System and related process.
- Overseeing the Organization wide Quality mapping, management and Improvement Process.
- Responsible for Process and Product Control,
- Responsible for New Product development and Product end use at Customer's end.
- Leading the QA Team in close co-operation with other areas in managing QC, SQC and Cold End operations to achieve Department Goals in alignment with the Plant Goals.
- Interaction with Internal and external customers,
- Custodian of Inspection processes of all incoming material
- Conducting Process audits and monitoring Process discipline
- Packed ware audits and release of packed production.
- Addressing all the issues related to customer, including complaint investigation, CAPA, responding queries from Marketing and customer
- Generation of MIS reports related to QA/QC
- Training and Development of Quality Team.
- Co-ordination of ISO 9001 at Plant level.
