Exp - 10+ years in sourcing of mens footwear and leather goods
- 10 years of experience in sourcing of mens footwear and small leather goods. The Sourcing Manager has ownership for the product category(s) across the Brand.
- The Sourcing Manager is responsible for sourcing and executing selected items in their category at the right cost with the necessary speed and flexibility in support of Merchandising's vision and the Sourcing Strategy, while achieving the business performance objectives.
- This includes negotiating, ensuring delivery of brand right quality product at a good value.
- The Sourcing Manager partners closely with cross functional teams such as Design, Merchandising and Supply Chain Management all located at headquarters to ensure that the goals of the brands are met.
