Looking for Head EHS (MNC FMCG company) Mumbai

- Developing & implementing Health and Safety Management plans, policies and programs aligned with business goals.

- Directing top level strategic corporate initiatives and advising the management on the compliance of Company Policy; reviewing policies and suggesting improvements through Change Management.

- Guiding the development, implementation, and management of out-of-the-box solutions and consultancy services for creating, developing and managing HSE Management System in line with internationally accepted best practices.

- Developing HSE programs and systems for large corporate; implementing new HSE policies and procedures, coupled with environmental initiatives recognized by global corporate clients as industry best practices.

- Conducting QHSE audits (identifying risks through Risk Management) as required for ensuring strict compliance by all parties involved; investigating challenging areas, identifying barriers and recommending practical, cost effective solutions.

- Facilitating the development of the scope of work and ensuring compliance with the latest approved technologies and relevant standards; conducting reviews and giving approvals to all HSE documents prepared by contractors, consultants, and any other party involved in the project; leading, directing and participating in accident investigation as required.

- Defining industry specific best risk management systems to identify and mitigate risks before they seriously impact the system thereby providing overall Corporate Group Strategy on QHSE Management Systems. -

- Delivering training pertaining to Safety, Health & Environment with accountability of preparing training modules.

- Require HSSE experience minimum of 15+ years experience in a leadership role
