Position : Head Electric Motors Design
Experience : Minimum 15 years
Qualification : BE or Diploma (Any specialization)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for concept to product launch AC, DC electric motors .
- Ability to innovate & apply new solutions to create competitive advantage for the organization & customers.
- Conceptualize & execution of Value engineering projects leading to cost reduction
- Developing of standards, Procedures & Work instructions to increase the efficiency of the product, process to enhance the quality level
- Complete product ownership from design to development to reliability to manufacturing.
- Implementing standards and ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Conceptual design, prototype product building & Testing
- Having good knowledge in design standards
KEY RESULT AREAS
- Developing new ideas from both product and process perspective
- Creating a framework for Innovation
- Future products and technologies-developing new ideas from both product and process perspective
- Make sure the management objectives are achieved in stipulated time
- Creative and entrepreneurial plan and manage appropriate process diagnostics to identify and prioritize the re-engineering opportunities
- Bridging gaps between product and market needs
