Job Description :

Responsibilities:

- To ensure proper monitoring & maintenance of Electrical equipment/systems in order to ensure proper functioning & availability.

- To ensure availability of procedures & checklists for carrying out PM, CM & BM of Electrical equipment.

- To facilitate reliability study for Electrical Systems and to implement reliability centered maintenance.

- To ensure that each Electrical system failure is analysed thoroughly and preventive actions are implemented and to eliminate repetitive failures through case studies & root-cause analysis.

- To ensure ISO, 5S, Safety and other management systems are compiled in line with company's objectives.

- To support other PTA sites on reliability issues.

Desired Candidate Profile

Candidate should possess:

- Sound knowledge of working of electrical equipment/systems in a large scale petrochemical plant preferably PTA.

- Project Design review, planning & co-ordination skills in electrical systems.

- Scheduling of commissioning activities and co-ordination

- ISO, 5S and safety systems implementation

- Electrical equipment selection, bid review, spares development

Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering

Experience: 15 - 20 years.

Education- UG: B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization, Electrical
