Head - Electrical Maintenance - Manufacturing (14-17 yrs)
Job Description :
- Coordinate with Production Head for Electrical maintenance.
- Coordinate and allot work to the team as per their capabilities.
- Indent and arrange spares from the stores for Electrical maintenance work.
- Monitor the preventive work carried out as per schedule.
- Attend breakdowns and preventive maintenance work with the help of Electricians and helpers.
- Recording and maintain ISO records day to day.
- Monitor and register the parameters of the machine and other utilities.
- Coordinate with supervisor and operators of other departments for any possible malfunctions and defects in the machines and utilities and inform to the HOD
- Coordination with local electricity board personnel.
- Knowledge in trouble shooting problems in PLC & Drives.
- Handling of workforce.
- Knowledge to read electrical drawings and PLC programs.
- Maintenance and operation of 2500KVA, 1600KVA Transformers, 1000 KVA DGs & 33KV & 11KV substations.
- Should handle the team and maintain good coordination
