2. Standardise Research Activities
3. Communication, Coordination, Leading, Strategic Thinking, Planning
4. Learning and Implementation
5. New concept Design and Development as per customer's requirement.
6. Leadership and communication skills with strong innovative thinking
7. Analytical and engineering expertise (Design for Six Sigma, Finite Element Analysis, Statistical tools
8. Evaluate complex technical issues and provide solutions.
9. Strong understanding of modular approach for product design (building Standard platforms for reusability) with high focus on standardization.
10. Design, Development, Manufacturing, testing and patents of Instrument Cluster Speedometer for 4 Wheelers
11. Technical coordination/support
Qualification : B.Tech / M.Tech (Mechanical)
