Head - Engineering - Precast Design (10-22 yrs)
Job Role Purpose Creating feasible engineering ideas in the areas of fast paced construction technology, viz. Modular Construction, PPVC, Pre-Cast and allied fields.
Guide the Lead Engineering in carrying out tasks with a view to commercially deploy the worked out Engineering strategies.
Job Role Description :
- Understanding thoroughly the task given by the organization and identifying the timeline required by each task .
- Deploying these tasks to the lead for development and helping out at every step.
-Guiding the team to achieve timely deliverables.
- Taking responsibility of every task completion with utmost accuracy and speed.
- Validating each drawing before sending for execution to avoid mistakes at the time of construction.
Essential Skills :
- Associated Engineering Basics
- Ability to work on BIM 360
- Sound Knowledge on latest CAD software's
- Understanding of the Construction Industry
- Ability to Think Out-of-the-Box
- Techno Commercial Solutioning skills
- Leadership abilities
