Execute design to specification engineering and manufacturing support and ensure implementation of standards from concept engineering-

- Manage the build up of Regional Engineering Center in India

- Champion for the full usage of the Engineering Center India (ECI) within RCS

- Support Bid Management during bid phase with estimations

- Conduct design to specification

- Ensure design-to-cost and design-to-manufacture,

- Ensure Engineering delivery to budget, quality, efficiency

- Achieve product homologation

- Provide engineering support to manufacturing

- Assure implementation and compliance to Standards-

- Ensure design quality

- Enforce implementation of standardized processes and tools p

- Participate in project gate review

- Coordinate handover from concept engineering (EAPD) to design to specification engineering and manufacturing support

- Manage allocation of engineering resources to Projects.

- Support Product and System Platforms during concept engineering phase with information on execution requirements and potential difficulties

- Manage workforce planning together with HR unit Determining and implementing career development plans for the Project engineers. Creation and implementation of action plans for critical issues e.g. delays on projects, major technical issues. Aligning projects (e.g. architectures, schedules, functionality) to achieve the best use of resource and economies of scale for the country and our region.

Qualification :

Graduate in Engineering
