We have some urgent requirements for "Head Estimation" with one of the leading - Construction company

We are searching for a person who have good experience in Tendering, estimation, contract, Projects bidding for Building/Residential and Commercial complex. At a time the person should handle 5-6 projects and each project minimum 200cr worth.

Job Responsibilities :

- To check eligibility and feasibility of Organization for independent bidding for upcoming projects with BD Team and management

- To understand the client requirement

- To prepare the commercial BID (Tender)

- Site Visit and survey with team to prepare the estimation after taking impact of geography, and other important factors

- To do the estimation of quantity and cost of all factors i.e. land, labor and machine in the project

- To review and recalculate it according to market trends (similar project and client)

- To calculate and take the impact of over heads, Tax, Margin etc. for final quotation

- To do risk analysis covering economic factors like inflation

- Optimization of the costs to be considered for meeting profitability targets

- To discuss the final pricing with management

- Finalization of the Commercial BID

- To accompany procurement, P&M during their meeting with vendors

- Benchmarking of variance from tendering to execution

- Market intelligence during BID stage
