Head - Facility Management - Real Estate (12-15 yrs)
Job Purpose Summary : Responsible for taking over and maintenance of residential and commercial projects/facilities to ensure that they meet the need of organization and their customers.
Job Profile :
- Prepare and manage the process of taking over of buildings from projects to handing over completed units to customers.
- Prepare and manage checklist over during the handover and building/premise maintenance.
- Manage and supervise teams including maintenance technicians, security, housekeeping and landscaping staff.
- Manage directly and through AMCs, upkeep, repair, maintenance and replacement of equipment, appliances, furniture, furnishing, vehicles, building etc,
- Implementation of operation of security and surveillance at all facilities.
- Asset management of all site operations and assets across multiple locations.
- Evaluate, appoint and manage third party facility management if required.
- Responsible for processes, documentation and audits etc.
- Ensure that facilities meet statutory requirements and environment, health and safety standards.
- Lease Management
- Financial forecasting, budgeting, cost control & change equipment.
- Advise and implement energy efficiency, optimization and cost effectiveness.
- Vendor/contract management.
- Liasioning and coordinating with various government agencies, RWA, Facility Management company, corporate office and offices at various locations.
- Active participation in Leadership team for strategic business planning, Implementation, client interaction etc.
