Head/General Manager - Design - Real Estate (12-20 yrs)
Looking for Head Design for one of the Real Estate client in Vadodara, Gujarat.
Knowledge of land use planning, urban morphology, density distribution service distribution, design guidelines and urban regulation
Understand the requirement of higher management & get it done through appointed consultant
Awareness of government rules & regulations Value engineering and providing savings to the company through optimization of designs.
Awareness about documents and its preparation for Environment clearance
Awareness of different construction materials for finishing work with basic cost implication
Drawing document review meetings and interaction with the review consultants, customer and pursuing approvals on the design drawings and documents.
Ensure release of design drawings as per the site priorities and also adherence to project drawing document schedules.Preparation of design drawings and documents if required
Review, checking & commenting of design drawings prepared by other consultants.
Bachelor / Masters in Architect degree holder relevant years for experience in Real estate (Residential, High rise, Commercial, Hotels, Schools, Malls)
12-20 years of experience in relevant field.
