Head/General Manager - EHSQ - Courier/Transport (10-15 yrs)

Must Have :
- Experience in EHS compliance
- Full-time Graduate/Diploma in Environmental Science /Management system
Qualification Criteria :
1. BSc with Chemistry/B.Tech/Diploma in any stream
2. Diploma In Industrial Safety
3. MSc or PGD/ Diploma in Environmental Science /Management system
4. Lead Auditor of ISO 9001:2015,14001:2015,45001:2018 or 18001 will be an additional advantage.
Experience : 10 yrs to 15 yrs
KRA :
- Screening and providing early guidance and feedback on EHS issues associated with potential new ICDs.
- Shaping business strategy in terms of EHSQ policy and implementing the Company EHSMS and the Action Plan
- Providing input and guidance on the terms of reference for Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA), E&S Audits, and other documents that may be required as part of development projects.
- Preparing & Implementing Strategic plan for increasing EHSQ Excellence, EHSQ Culture, sustainable development as well as business risk mitigation such as Certification of all sites for ISO 9001:2015,14001:2015 & 45001:2018, implementation of Behavioural Base safety programs for developing EHSQ culture, implementing standards for an increase in process QMS & safety.
- Responsible for the implementation of the IMS system at the site.
- To Ensure the C-TPAT Compliance at the site.
- Building the EHSQ Management System
